Rotary Invite (2 Miles) 00:10:40, Place overall: 11, Place in age division: 11 | | WE got there at 4 it was pretty nice out.We warmed up by running through the streets around the high school. We then started our race. It was my first 2 mile race so i was way nervous. Our team had decide to switch off who takes the lead for the race. It started out with austin leading. The race was going good until these two CV guys cut in front of us and then slowed down. Austin then said" Muarry style." It was awesome we push them out it was awesome. |

IN the afternoon I was running out on this trail by the river but I had to turn around because there was a stream the way. I started running back and this lady was starring at me from aways away. Red rock invite (3 Miles) 05:00:00, Place overall: 4 | | Mile: Austin couldn't run today so wily and I did. Our first lap was a little slow so was our second lap .I third and fourth were a ton better. I took fourth behind this dixie kid( can't remember his name.) It felt really wierd. I don't know why. 2mile: I actually didn't think I was going to run the two mile till this kid didn't want to do it 5 min. before the race started. I got on my stuff as fast as I could. I didn't stretch or warmup or anything. I ran really well at the beginning but it was hilarious because goold was behind me for the first little bit then he yelled "Kimzey I can't let you beat me." I past him and the dixie kid who beat me in the mile on the third. I took third overall. I PR in both races with a 10:37 in the two mile.

My first lap if I remember right was a little slow. But that was plan. ON the second the wierdest thing happened I was running right next to hayden when trevor busted right throught us. The next few laps I just kept trying to catch leavitt from dixie. I finally did. He kept up with me but I barely sprinted him out in the end. I was so nervous for the finally sprint though. I was so glad I barely didn't lose. |

I was pretty excited about the race today. I was kind of nervous but not too bad. We started racing and austin took off and led the first mile. I caught him right after that. We ran together for awhile. I made a move around this playground thing to move into first. I then tried to keep my speed up. I won the race. It was the best race ever. I even pr on this slow course

| | I was planning on running 10 today but it got really stormy so i was going to run it on the treadmill. Then i got about 3 miles into my run i got nauase and was getting dizzy so i had to stop. Came home and rested. I'm feeling better now so at least I can run on monday. |

| | Ran 3 sets of 600, 800s,1000s, and 1200s. First 600 we went fast to simulate starting fast in a race. The rest of that set was at race pace it felt good and austin and I ran them pretty solidly. Then the next set was good. We ran faster even though I don't have the split. The beginning third set I had to work really hard to stay with austin. The last one I ran out fast to try to stay ahead of austin. I was ahead for awhile then austin caught me. I then throw up as I was running. It was as bad as last time. Till after I finished I throw up quite a bit. |

It felt pretty good. I ran a 2.3 miler afterwards. |
