Ran 3 sets of 600, 800s,1000s, and 1200s. First 600 we went fast to simulate starting fast in a race. The rest of that set was at race pace it felt good and austin and I ran them pretty solidly. Then the next set was good. We ran faster even though I don't have the split. The beginning third set I had to work really hard to stay with austin. The last one I ran out fast to try to stay ahead of austin. I was ahead for awhile then austin caught me. I then throw up as I was running. It was as bad as last time. Till after I finished I throw up quite a bit. |
