Today I ran a similar loop from yesterday.  It felt pretty good I took it pretty easy.  Looking forward to thursday though.

I was pretty excited about the race today. I was kind of nervous but not too bad. We started racing and austin took off and led the first mile. I caught him right after that. We ran together for awhile. I made a move around this playground thing to move into first. I then tried to keep my speed up. I won the race. It was the best race ever.  I even pr on this slow course

Got up this morning actually felt good about the race.  I was a little worried I'd be too tried.  When we started austin again took off like a rocket.  I stayed a little was behind him.  It was a good race.  I almost tripped a few times but it was still good.  It was a pr except this course is so fast.

I was planning on running 10 today but it got really stormy so i was going to run it on the treadmill.  Then i got about 3 miles into my run i got nauase and was getting dizzy so i had to stop.  Came home and rested.  I'm feeling better now so at least I can run on monday.
