I went  running at 6 over in the fields.  I couldn't find my watch so i don't know how long it took me. I like running without it sometimes.

Ran 4 tempo miles down by the river. It felt awesome escipally the second and third one.

Ran in the morning. It was frezing. Then we ran AT in the afternoon. It felt good.

Ran over into greensprings. Took it at a way easy pace. WE ran out by the desert it was fun except you couldn't really get your footing. I almost felt like 10 times

WE got there at 4 it was pretty nice out.We warmed up by running through the streets around the high school. We then started our race. It was my first 2 mile race so i was way nervous. Our team had decide to switch off who takes the lead for the race. It started out with austin leading. The race was going good until these two CV guys cut in front of us and then slowed down. Austin then said" Muarry style." It was awesome we push them out it was awesome.

I ran the mile today. I was kind of tired from yesterday but not too bad. I felt pretty good about my mile time. Then I ran the 800. I was so tried and I just didn't care much for it so I ran a 2:30

Started spring break practices. Ran mall run today still sorer than hake from the race. Ran around a this loop where i run around a field then run on this other road.

This morning ran hills it was felt so good. We almost killed goold going up the second one. IN the afternoon I was running out on this trail by the river but I had to turn around because there was a stream the way. I started running back and this lady was starring at me from aways away. It was wierd.

This morning was hard to get up. I made it though ran greenspring. Had fun. Found this dead rabbit on the road it was way nasty. I survived and didn't trip over anything. Ran over to the springs area. It was way windy.

This morning ran up staleigh hill it was awesome. Felt better about my sprint today. Nitrogen injects help today jk. In the after noon i ran over near my house. I felt so awesome. I felt like i could go on for a longer.

Way easy messed around in the morning. It was funny though willy total trip into some cow crap. It was pretty funny. In the after noon I ran around my neighboorhood way easy

Mile:  Austin couldn't run today so wily and I did.  Our first lap was a little slow so was our second lap .I third and fourth were a ton better.  I took fourth behind this dixie kid( can't remember his name.)  It felt really wierd. I don't know why.

2mile:  I actually didn't think I was going to run the two mile till this kid didn't want to do it 5 min. before the race started.  I got on my stuff as fast as I could.  I didn't stretch or warmup or anything.  I ran really well at the beginning but it was hilarious because goold was behind me for the first little bit then he yelled "Kimzey I can't let you beat me." I past him and the dixie kid who beat me in the mile on the third.  I took third overall.  I PR in both races with a 10:37 in the two mile.

I kind of got lost.  I was running out to this trail(or what I thought was a trail.) And it turn out to be nothing.  Ran back and add on some more but it turned out not to be 10.  O well.  I was just mad there was no trail there.

Went and ran in the morning today it was freezing cold.  I then ran 5.5 in the afternoon to coaches house and back but he wasn't there.  When we were running home Wily and me almost got hit by this car. It was pretty bad.
